Definitions

1. In this Order—

‘the Act’ means the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1890 (53 and 54 Vict c 59), as amended by section 14 of the Public Dance Halls Act, 1935 (No 2 of 1935) and section 33(2) of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act, 1961 (No 39 of 1961);
