MENTAL HEALTH ACT, 2001 (No 25 of 2001)
‘the Act’ means the Mental Health Act, 2001 (No 25 of 2001).
(2) The provisions of rules 2, 3 and 4 of Order 84 of these Rules shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to proceedings to which this Order applies.
