SERVICE OUT OF THE JURISDICTION
PART I — GENERAL
1. In this Order—
‘Central Authority’, when used in relation to the State, means the Master of The High Court and, when used in relation to any other State which is a party to the Hague Convention means the authority or authorities so designated by that State under Article 2 of that Convention to receive requests for the service of documents; ‘document’ includes an extrajudicial document;
