JUDICIAL REVIEW AND ORDERS AFFECTING PERSONAL LIBERTY
1. (1) Orders of habeas corpus, orders of certiorari, orders of mandamus, orders of prohibition and orders of attachment shall be witnessed in the name of the Chief Justice or, if the office of Chief Justice be vacant, in the name of the President of the Court of Appeal, sealed with the seal of the High Court and bearing date of the day of issue.
